The Ludington Pier House is actually two distinct buildings, 801 & 805 W. Ludington Avenue.
Here are brief descriptions of the different room types at our motel.
Single Queen
East Building
One Queen bed, small refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker. First or second floor.
Maximum Occupancy: 2
Units available: 3
ONE QUEEN ROOM Smaller, but comfortable room at a very reasonable rate. Flat Screen TV with cable and HBO.
Double Queen WEST
West Building
2 Queen beds, small refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, first or second floor. Outside entrance. Second floor rooms open to balcony walkway. Rates based on 2 people, charge for additional people.

2 QUEEN ROOM More floor space, with table and chairs. Flat Screen TV with cable and HBO.
Double Queen EAST
East Building
2 Queen beds, small refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker. First or second floor. Inside entrance, rooms open to hallway. Rates based on 2 people, charge for additional people.

East Building
