Our Policies are designed to make your stay with us trouble free. Please read them carefully and call us with any questions. We look forward to your stay.
One night’s rent for each room reserved is required to hold and confirm your reservation. Balance due upon arrival.
A reservation cancelled anytime prior to 48 hours before check-in (based on 3 pm) results in a refund of your deposit minus a $15 processing fee per room reserved. If less than 48 hours notice is given, there will be NO REFUND OF DEPOSIT. You are responsible for your entire reservation. This policy applies to each day reserved.
Special Event Policy
A reservation cancelled any time prior to 2 weeks before check-in, (based on 3pm) results in a refund of your deposit minus a $25 processing fee per room reserved. If less than 2 weeks notice is given, there will be NO REFUND OF DEPOSIT or any prepaid package amount.
*During all Special Event weekends and applicable holidays, we have a strict NO PARTY and ROOM LIMITATION policy in effect at all times. Our services and facilities (including bathrooms, showers, pool, spa and parking lots) are for REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY. They are not intended for guests of our guests.
3PM-9PM Early Check-ins are not guaranteed, but we will do our best if advance arrangements are made. Call for info.
11am Late check-outs are not guaranteed and often not available during our high season. Check with the office for availability. Extra charges will apply.
Our indoor swimming pool and spa is open all season for your pleasure. Pool hours are 9am-9pm daily during our Quiet Season, 9am-10pm daily from Mid June – Labor Day. *Pool closes at 8pm on July 4th.
No pets. Our entire property is smoke free.
